Description

🪴Paplliopedilum Vietnamense, This is endemic to Vietnam – a rare orchid. It was discovered in 1999 but has so far been considered extinct in the wild.

It is one of the most exotic species of Paphiopedilum orchids with mosaic-spotted leaves and large, purple or pink-red flowers, flowers up to 11-12 centimeters in size, very beautiful purple-pink color.

This species has a very close relationship with P. delenatii which lives in a very narrow mountainous area of ​​southern Vietnam. In addition to geographical separation, these two species also differ very clearly in the shape of the perianth and leaves.
